This double storey three bedroom and three bathrooom home with unique elevated beachfront position is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday and sleeps a maximum of 6 adults.
The spacious living areas are comfortably furnished in an open plan design with sliding doors that open out onto a large wooden deck with splash pool, patio furniture and loungers and braai offering gorgeous outdoor living and sea views.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and two lounge areas, one with a TV enabled with DSTV.
There is a golf cart for use by guests during their stay.
SPECIAL NOTICE:
Due to new rules being implemented by ZEMA the client will also have to pay R 10 000 refundable breakage deposit which will only be accepted by credit card ON ARRIVAL. This is BESIDES THE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT that is held by the property manager.
