The home is located within the famous Zimbali Coastal and Forest Estate and most popular for golfers retreat and family breakaways. The 5 star Capital Hotel is onsite, offering all the conveniences of a world-class hotel including restaurants and a spa.

The home offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished 4 bedroom & 4 bathroom villa with views of the Zimbali golf course. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, the second bedroom contains 2 single beds and the third and fourth room a double bed. Both shower and bath facilities are available. The villa also comprises of an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove and a microwave. The living area comprises a dining table and chairs, and a lounge with a TV with selected DStv channels and WIFI.

The villa features a covered patio with gas braai facilities and a private pool for guests to enjoy. The villa is also air-conditioned for those hot summer days. The villa is serviced on a daily basis, except for Sundays and public holidays.

The estate offers facilities such as Zimbali Country Club, Zimbali Golf Course, Valley of the Pools, Bushbuck pools, Bushbuck Club with a restaurant and children’s playground, 2 floodlit tennis, access to Zimbali Lodge for functions, weddings and events, Capital Hotel Dining, and a private beach. This beach is a non-swimming beach with no lifeguards. Due to the popularity of the golf course, reservations need to be made prior to arrival through the Pro-shop.

Located 5 minutes from Ballito Junction Mall 15 minutes from King Shaka International airport 20 minutes from Gateway Theatre of Shopping 40 minutes from Ushaka Marine World. The National road is the exclusive usage.

Due to new rules being implemented by ZEMA the client will also have to pay R 10 000 refundable breakage deposit which will only be accepted by credit card ON ARRIVAL. This is BESIDES THE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT that is held by the property manager.

We display low season rates that are seasonal and fluctuate according to High, Low and Mid Season. All accommodation is subject to availability and rates can only be confirmed on quotation.

50% deposit is required up front to secure the booking. The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.

If the date of the booking is within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment will be requested up front to secure the booking.

Breakage deposit: A refundable breakage deposit (of 1 day’s rental rate), or credit card details instead will be required for every booking.
