This large second floor self catering holiday apartment has 4 en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and open plan lounge and dining area. The spacious patio is comfortably furnished and boasts magnificent lake and ocean views.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second and third bedrooms have a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has two single beds.

There is a communal sunbathing area and swimming pool as well as a restaurant on the premises.

SPECIAL NOTICE:
Due to new rules being implemented by ZEMA the client will also have to pay R 10 000 refundable breakage deposit which will only be accepted by credit card ON ARRIVAL. This is BESIDES THE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT that is held by the property manager.

**Rates:

Low season R5750 per night
Mid season R7700  per night
High season R9250 per night

50% deposit is required up front to secure the booking. The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.

If the date of the booking is within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment will be requested up front to secure the booking.

Check-in time: 2pm
Check-out time: 10am

Breakage deposit: A refundable breakage deposit (of 1 day’s rental rate), or credit card details instead will be required for every booking.
