They consists of 10 blocks which each have 3 floors (ground, 1st and 2nd), each floor has 2 very spacious apartments (6 apartments per block) Units 1 & 2 are ground floor, Units 3 & 4 are middle floor and units 5 & 6 are 2nd floor. The property is beach front and you have direct beach access to a beautiful beach. All units have access to the pool on site. All units are beautifully decorated, well equipped, have TV with DSTV (bring own smartcard). Air conditioning in the living area as well as the main bedroom. All bedrooms have large build in cupboards. All units have gas braai facilities. Secure property with electrical fencing, gates and security guards. Undercover parking on property. Laundry facility in complex. All linen is provided, bring your own towels.
