Zimbali Lodge was the original hotel in the Zimbali Estate and it re-opened for general bookings in early 2021. Located close to the golf course Club House, the rooms have views of the course and the forests and some have sea views.

Many houses come with their own golf carts for you to use to go down to the beach or to take to the edge of the estate where you can park and then walk into Ballito.

Fully furnished studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments located just across from the Fairmont Zimbali Resort, Zimbali Suites offer luxury self-catering accommodation complete with room service, 24-hour concierge services and daily housekeeping services. There is also a welcoming swimming pool and braai facilities for residents to use.

Fairmont Heritage Place offers you the best of the hotel world and Self catering in your own Villa. Heritage Place is situated close to Zimbali Resort and all of the facilities the hotel offers. Choose whether you want to cook your own meals, get room service, or eat at the close by resort.
These are offered to Fairmont members first and only released on a last minute ( 1 week ) basis. .

Forest Suites was a small 10 bedroom lodge area based in the forests. It is now no longer available for general hotel bookings.
